Our integrated inspection and measurement technology checks sorted parts during the feeding process in a fraction of a second. Using camera recognition, individual parts are examined for criteria that are often not visible to the naked eye—length, diameter, surface. Measuring and Inspecting on the Glass Ring
Ideal for high-volume production and rapid inspections. The rotating glass ring allows each component to be inspected from virtually any angle. Properties such as size, shape, diameter, and surface finish are precisely checked, and defective parts are immediately rejected.
Measurement and Inspection on a Camera Conveyor Belt
Ideal for continuous production lines. On the camera conveyor belt, two-dimensional characteristics such as position, size, contour, or color can be precisely inspected during transport. This allows for efficient handling of medium to high throughput rates without interrupting the production flow.
Measuring and Testing on the Vibration Track
On the vibration track, characteristics such as position, size, diameter, and specific features—such as sealing rings or threads—can be precisely tested. Parts are handled gently during this process; no additional process steps are required, and no extra space is needed.
